Visit this Wilmington Farmer's Market Saturdays through September 28, 2013 for an abundant selection of fresh and local fruits and vegetables, dairy products, wines, meats, baked goods and natural soaps while listening to live music at the Carolina Beach Farmer’s Market. Located on the shores of the lake, the market is open Saturdays, 8AM - 1PM. In addition, a selection of artists and crafters have their handmade items available each week on a rotating basis. The timeless enchantment of a magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein hallmarks of originality, charm and elegance. Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA was the most widely viewed program in the history of the medium. Joined on stage by UNCW musicians, her performance at Kenan Auditorium will feature hits from The Supremes’ heyday, as well as more recent songs, creating a unique blend of classic and contemporary music.
