Wilmington Sharks Baseball

Carolina Beach Boardwalk presents FREE Wilmington fireworks during the summer months. Weather permitting, visitors will enjoy a spectacular fireworks show and live gazebo entertainment every week during the month of August. Gazebo entertainment begins at 6:30PM and the fireworks start at approximately 9PM. Call 910-458-8434 for more information.

The Dixie Swim Club
August 2-5, 9-12, 16-19, 2012
5 Southern Women, whose friendships began years ago on their college swim team, meet for a long weekend every August to catch up. Their lives unfold over a period of 33 years as they rely on one another to get through life's challenges. And when fate throws a wrench into one of their lives, these friends rally 'round their own with strength and love, taking this comedy in a poignant and surprising direction. Plus, opening night on August 2nd is Pay-What-You-Can Night. Patrons will be able to choose their own ticket prices with just a $5 minimum so that no matter what walk of life, everyone has the opportunity to purchase an affordable theatre ticket. The Lion in Winter Auditions
